These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Luxe Media Group, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking, purchasing, or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide marketing, branding, public relations, influencer strategy, and related consulting services.

2. Payment Terms

Payment for consultations is due at booking.
Retainer agreements are billed separately and may vary by client.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

All strategies, content, and materials created by Luxe Media Group remain our property until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, clients may use deliverables for agreed-upon purposes.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client communications and will not disclose sensitive information except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Luxe Media Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or business opportunities. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific results from our services.
