Project Overview:

Trusted to lead all marketing operations for Dalton Wealth Group, Erin
Harrison-Kellogg built the firm’s marketing infrastructure from the ground up
during its transition to an independent, Fidelity-backed financial advisory
business.

Operating within a highly regulated industry, Erin designed and executed all
marketing initiatives while maintaining strict compliance with FINRA, SEC,
and Fidelity corporate oversight.

Scope of Work:

  • Solely responsible for the firm's entire marketing strategy and execution
    across digital, CRM, SEO, email, and paid channels.

  • Built the full marketing tech stack from scratch (Salesforce CRM, Klaviyo email
    automation, GA4 analytics) to enable campaign tracking, lead nurturing, and
    performance reporting.

  • Developed all external client communications, ensuring compliance approval for
    every asset.

  • Collaborated directly with compliance, legal, and executive leadership on
    every campaign and content initiative.

  • Launched SEO programs, email nurturing sequences, paid retargeting campaigns,
    and lifecycle marketing journeys.

RosettaMD | Archimedes Medical

Brand, PR and Growth Launch

Comprehensive brand strategy, public relations, and social growth campaign for
a physician-built AI tool solving America’s health literacy crisis.

Project Objective: Launch RosettaMD. From zero to momentum, growth, visibility. Establishing all social channels and accelerate growth and engagement, all branding, full brand kit and press material, Key goal is growth and visibility for a brand new AI health tech brand.

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

As Director of Marketing & Public Relations, I led the full-scale launch of RosettaMD—a free,
AI-powered tool that translates medical records into plain English.

With zero digital presence at kickoff, I built the brand from the ground up: including identity
design, positioning, press strategy, and content execution across social, web, and media.

Built by a physician-physicist for his brother, RosettaMD addresses the emotional and
practical overwhelm patients face when trying to understand complex medical language. My
role extended beyond branding—I also developed and elevated the public persona of
founder Dr. Chris Wixon, crafting the storytelling framework that brought his mission to life
across all channels

Scope of Work:

  • Full branding suite: logo, palette, font system, brand voice, and messaging architecture

  • Developed a 3-phase launch strategy (PR, SEO, social growth)

  • Wrote and distributed all press releases, created a custom media kit, and hand-built press contact lists

  • Full design of Archimedes Medical brand and website. Fully SEO optimized and ranking.

  • Designed and launched the brand’s Instagram, Facebook and TikTok presence, producing all visuals, copy, and reels

  • Managed founder positioning, including LinkedIn content strategy, press quotes and public persona.

  • Strategized and executed all SEO, backlink outreach.

  • Google News Publisher approval.
